WalletHub.com does an annual study that ranks the healthiest cities in America based on 43 factors. Like how many people are physically active, how easy it is to eat healthy, and various health-related Google searches.
San Francisco is #1 this year. And the top four are all West Coast cities.

Portland, Maine eats the most fruits and vegetables . . . Portland, Oregon has the most health restaurants per capita . . . Amarillo, Texas has the cheapest gym memberships . . . and Seattle has the highest percentage of people who are physically active.
Out of the 174 cities they studied, Missoula ranked 78th and Billings was 100th. Brownsville, Texas ranked last. Followed by Laredo, Texas . . . Gulfport, Mississippi . . . Shreveport, Louisiana . . . and Memphis, Tennessee.
